1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and MasterPro Installs Corp (“MasterPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting or scheduling services, authorizing work, or allowing services to begin, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms.
If another person schedules services for a property owner, tenant, business, or customer, that person represents that they are authorized to provide instructions and approve the work.
2. Our Services
MasterPro provides appliance delivery, placement, installation, connection, removal, site evaluation, and related services. Depending on the work order, services may include installation of dishwashers, microwaves, cooktops, ranges, ovens, hoods, refrigerators, laundry appliances, disposals, downdrafts, and other residential or commercial appliances.
We may also provide separately authorized minor plumbing, electrical, ventilation, cabinet, countertop, trim, platform, access, or fit modifications when permitted by applicable law and within the approved scope of work.
The services included in a particular appointment are limited to the work order, retailer authorization, estimate, invoice, or other written scope issued for that appointment. Product sales, manufacturer warranties, retailer obligations, and financing arrangements are generally provided by third parties and are not controlled by MasterPro unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Orders, Estimates, and Scheduling
Appointment dates and arrival windows are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, product availability, prior job conditions, staffing, access restrictions, safety issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may contact you to confirm the appointment, obtain photographs or measurements, verify product and property conditions, provide arrival updates, or request additional information. Failure to respond or provide required information may result in postponement or cancellation.
An estimate is based on the information reasonably available before work begins. Hidden conditions, inaccurate measurements, changed instructions, incomplete product information, or additional work requested at the property may require a revised price and separate approval.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact, address, appliance, access, installation, and site-condition information.
- Ensuring that an authorized adult is present when required and can approve decisions, additional work, and completion.
- Providing safe, unobstructed access to the property and installation area, including elevators, gates, parking, loading areas, and building permissions.
- Removing fragile, valuable, sensitive, or obstructing items from the work path and installation area.
- Securing children and pets away from the active work area.
- Ensuring that water, gas, electricity, drainage, ventilation, cabinetry, flooring, walls, and structural conditions are suitable for the requested work.
- Disclosing known hazardous materials, damaged utilities, pest conditions, building restrictions, permit requirements, or other conditions that may affect safety or legality.
- Obtaining landlord, homeowner association, property manager, building, or other third-party approvals when required.
5. Site Conditions, Safety, and Additional Work
Installation depends on the condition and compatibility of the appliance, property, utilities, cabinetry, counters, flooring, ventilation, and existing connections. We may stop or decline work when conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unlawful, outside the authorized scope, likely to damage the property or appliance, or inconsistent with manufacturer requirements.
Examples include active leaks, defective shutoff valves, damaged wiring, missing grounding, inadequate circuits, unsafe gas connections, blocked drainage, mold, infestation, structural deterioration, concealed utilities, asbestos-containing materials, incompatible openings, unstable floors, inaccessible connections, or products that are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
If additional parts, labor, modifications, permits, specialty trades, return visits, or additional personnel are necessary, we will seek authorization before performing chargeable work whenever reasonably practical. Declining additional work may prevent completion of the installation.
6. Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Completion
Delivery and installation methods may vary based on the appliance, manufacturer requirements, site conditions, retailer instructions, applicable codes, and the approved service scope.
Basic testing confirms only that the appliance and connections respond under the conditions available at the appointment. Testing is not a guarantee against later product failure, intermittent defects, concealed leaks, drainage issues, utility problems, manufacturer defects, or conditions that could not reasonably be observed during service.
You should inspect the completed work and promptly identify visible concerns before the technician leaves when possible. Acceptance, signature, electronic acknowledgment, payment, or use of the appliance may be recorded as evidence that the authorized work was completed, subject to any written exceptions noted at the time.
7. Pricing, Parts, and Payment
Prices may be established by MasterPro, a retailer, a manufacturer, a logistics provider, or another contracting party. Charges may include labor, delivery, removal, parts, accessories, permits, parking, tolls, additional manpower, modifications, return visits, disposal, specialty work, or other authorized services.
Unless another written arrangement applies, payment is due when requested and no later than completion of the applicable service. You authorize us and our payment providers to process approved charges using the payment method supplied.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of further service and may be subject to reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law. Taxes and government fees may be added when applicable.
8. Changes, Cancellations, and Return Visits
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Charges may apply for late cancellations, inaccessible properties, missed appointments, failed readiness, products that are unavailable or incorrect, or appointments that cannot be completed for reasons outside MasterPro’s control, when allowed by the applicable work order or law.
A return visit may require additional charges when completion was prevented by customer readiness, building access, unsuitable utilities, missing parts, product defects, incorrect appliances, rejected additional work, or another condition not caused by MasterPro.
We may reschedule, suspend, or cancel services because of safety, weather, staffing, vehicle, access, legal, product, or site-condition concerns.
9. Service Warranty and Product Issues
MasterPro warrants that its authorized installation work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with the approved scope. Any workmanship warranty is subject to the work order, retailer program, written estimate, invoice, and applicable law.
The workmanship warranty does not cover appliance or part defects; manufacturer recalls; normal wear; customer misuse; alterations by others; pre-existing conditions; hidden defects; inadequate utilities; building movement; clogs; corrosion; pests; damage from freezing, flooding, power irregularities, or external events; or work outside MasterPro’s authorized scope.
Product defects and manufacturer warranty claims should generally be directed to the retailer or manufacturer. We may assist with documentation or service coordination but do not control third-party warranty decisions.
10. Property Concerns, Damage, and Claims
Report any suspected leak, gas odor, electrical issue, unsafe condition, appliance instability, or property damage immediately. If there is an urgent safety concern, shut off the affected utility when safe to do so, discontinue use, and contact the appropriate emergency or utility service.
Claims should be submitted promptly by e-mail to hello@masterpro.app with photographs, relevant receipts, the service address, appointment date, and a description of the concern. Prompt notice helps preserve evidence and allows us to inspect or mitigate the condition.
Do not repair, dispose of, alter, or replace allegedly affected property before inspection unless immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent additional damage or protect health and safety. Keep reasonable documentation of emergency mitigation.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Except for warranties expressly provided in writing and rights that cannot legally be waived, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact arrival times, product performance, retailer performance, or completion when site or product conditions prevent the authorized work.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MasterPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, lost business, or inconvenience, arising from the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Consumer rights provided by law remain unaffected.

13. Website Content and Acceptable Use
The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to MasterPro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to our services. You may not interfere with website security, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy substantial content, impersonate another person, submit false information, misuse forms, or use the website in a way that violates law or harms MasterPro or others.

14. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and services may involve retailers, manufacturers, logistics companies, payment processors, communications providers, subcontractors, property managers, and other third parties. Their products, websites, warranties, policies, and conduct are governed by their own terms. MasterPro is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions except to the extent required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Applicable Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by applicable federal, state, and local law. Mandatory consumer protections and rules applicable in the location where services are performed will control when they conflict with these Terms.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
